TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Curtain:
Flameshield 120 - 50mm flat or 75mm curved galvanised steel lath
Flameshield 240 - 75mm curved galvanised steel lath.
Bottom Rail:
Galvanised steel 'T' section
Side Guides:
Flameshield 120 - Galvanised steel 50mm leg (up to 4000 mm) 65mm leg (above 4000 mm).
Flameshield 240 - Galvanised steel 65mm leg.
Fixing Supports:
75mm x 50mm mild steel angle (1 coat primer paint)
OPERATIONS:
Manual Self:
Coiling via pre tensioned sprung barrels enabling push up, pull down action or via 240v electric tubular motor or a 3 phase motor.
MODES OF ACTIVATION:
Fusible Link:
A soldered link separates and releases at 68 degrees centigrade.
Manual Solenoid Release:
The shutter lowers under controlled descent after fire alarm activation.
Auto Solenoid Release:
Again linked to the fire alarm but allows for frequent testing and resetting.
Audio Visual Warning:
Allows for a delay of the shutter closing after a signal from the fire alarm.
Finishes:
Standard galvanised steel finish. The roller shutters can be powder coated to a standard RAL or BS4800 number to suit an individual application.
